Started as a pandemic hobby turned into a passion and a lot cheaper version of a therapy. My love for baking humbled me and taught me patience and a lot as a stay at home Mom.
Because as a fellow Filipino this is my way of sharing the culture and tradition to everyone that hasn’t tried the true flavour of Philippines especially ube . I am very passionate about using the real and authentic ube from the Philippines to every pastries i make that highlights it as much as possible it’s my little way of representing the Filipino farmers who work hard Everyday for this Filipino pride we call UBE.
