My parents started roasting pigs in 1994 here in Killeen/ Fort Hood. Then started doing full catering to bring a taste of Guam to families and soldiers stationed in the area. My father passed away in 2021. My wife and I took over since then to let my mother relax and enjoy life.
To keep my families legacy going.
